As a resident assistant to 17 young men pursuing a highschool education via an international boarding school program, I operate to serve and care for them in a dorm setting.

I worked with a team of remote representatives for several Freedom Boat Club franchises, providing information to leads, aiding with sales, and reducing the overall workload for club owners.

I was privileged to observe marketing professionals provide strategic sales tactics by increasing and making easy interactions between prospects and businesses. I got to engage hands-on in the field of sales and marketing by guiding leads via text, email, and phone, down the sales funnel to a point of decision.

I was given the opportunity to observe and learn the ins and outs of communication as it applies to radio, event-planning, journalism, and fundraising from a large-scale organization perspective by working hands-on with teams of professionals working to better the city of Berlin.

I worked alongside youth by coaching and guiding them as they took on leadership positions within school clubs. I would meet in person and through Zoom weekly to set goals, offer encouragement, and strategize. I got to aid with event planning, outreach opportunities, and personal growth for youth.

I worked at a college institution as a fundraising caller, building and maintaining relationships with Wheaton College Alumni by way of mobile technology. I got to ask questions and gain valuable information from people who've been there and done that. I also was blessed to work alongside a team of amazing fellow students who had been doing it longer than I.

I received intense counseling and youth training before being able to facilitate children and youth in relationship building, character development, and team building. I was able to learn through leadership opportunities by spending weeks with children and youth ranging from 4th to 12th grade.

I streamed myself playing video games while building relationships with others in the field. Through trial and error, I learned valuable information about working with social media, recording equipment, technology, and community building all within the context of increasing revenue.

As my first job, I worked with a team of lifeguards overseeing a guest count of around 190 people, operating various pools, checking the water quality, operating the pump room, and serving guests. I was blessed enough to build formational connections and relationships with guests.
