I just began my second year at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University majoring in Finance. I have a strong understanding of who I am as a person. Some of my strongest skills consist of leadership, confidence, team building and hard working. I look forward to a challenge and pride myself on taking the leadership role. Additionally, I am confident in myself which contributes to making a positive impact on those around me. Playing on multiple competitive travel teams in a variety of different sports has help build my character, attitude, leadership and communication. In terms of my team building skills, I am a collaborative person who works well with others to find the best possible solution. I was the captain of my high school soccer team, led a group of colleagues for multiple philanthropic fundraising events as well as taking the lead as Head Counselor at a local day camp. As a result of those experiences, I am equipped with quick-thinking and problem solving skills which have proven that I am comfortable making decisions under pressure and am known for keeping a level-head. I have always been flexible and willing to adapt to any task expected of me. I am competitive yet also a team player, a unique blend of personal qualities that makes me a reliable co-worker. One of my most important skills is the ability to listen which makes me a stronger leader and professional in the workplace.
