• By working closely with my client, I was able to correctly automate a process down from 80 hrs of manual work, down to 4 hrs – saving tens of thousands and freeing up the client’s workforce for more important work.
• Working with client constraints, was able to avoid spending ~$20k on a buy solution. Instead understood their specific needs and customized a ~$1k product to meet their needs.
• Rapidly prototype an internal tool for the company that was adopted and provided years ofvalue to maintaining excellent client relationships; was then used to help design newiterations of the tool.
• Spearheaded projects by listening to client needs and empathizing with them, and distillingtheir ambiguous but valid requirements into specific tasks the team was able to code against. Innumerable examples but a few:
• By creating a diagram, was able to show a gap in pricing logic that would’ve causedrevenue loss & major confusion. The diagram helped get the client and the team on thesame page to deliver the right thing
• By creating several real world scenarios, I was able to take the client by the hand andshow them what their system could do; it helped them understand the risks and opportunities with confidence. Once the scenario was.
