The objective was to educate customers about the company's comprehensive wildfire mitigation plan, highlighting infrastructure investments and community safeguarding programs. Upon completion of this video, we published it across our social media platforms and prominently featured it on the company's website homepage. Leveraging a targeted paid social media amplification, we aimed to maximize outreach to individuals within the customer service area. With the support of our talented video production team, we created a video that currently is the standard for excellence in video execution and digital media amplification for our firm.

I also took charge of training new team members on VA benefit certification procedures, student support, and general operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. Moreover, I led a team to create a series of instructional videos aimed at simplifying the document submission process and providing comprehensive information regarding the federal and state benefits available to our students.
