Outside of commercial real estate, I helped manage a consolidated docket of 1,100 registered trademarks spanning 20 countries. And an array of complex corporate transactions (M&A and venture capital) constituted any work remaining. Before entering into Big Law, I severed as a staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives where I conducted legislative research on financial and military technologies. I obtained my Bachelor's from UNC - Chapel Hill and earned my Teaching Certificate from Harvard University.
