Noah Schwarz is a Managing Director and Global Head of Private Credit at Russell Reynolds Associates. Noah also serves on the senior leadership team for the Global Private Capital practice (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Growth and Venture Capital).Noah specializes in senior level searches within the spectrum of Private Capital and provides sponsor coverage to funds & their portfolio companies for Board and C-Suite assignments. Noah has over 20 years of Financial Services experience and significant search expertise in principal & fund investing, industry coverage, portfolio operations, mergers & acquisitions & corporate finance. Clients include leading Private Equity/Private Credit/Special Situations & Distressed funds as well as Investment Banks, Asset Management firms and Family Offices. He was promoted to Partner in 2014.Previously, Noah has served in roles on the New York Operating Committee as well as a member of the Promotions Committee. Prior to his search career, Noah spent over five years with Goldman Sachs & Co., first covering alternative investments and then moving into a global management and strategy team working closely with senior leaders of the firm. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the legal restructuring practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Noah also has experience in Washington, DC having worked both at the Securities & Exchange Commission and the United States Senate.Noah received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University where he was Student Body President and also a member of the University's Presidential Search Committee led by the Board of Trustees.
