Hospital Operations Manager
CurrentOversee the day-to-day practices of Agiliti and Hennepin Healthcare that influence the customer’s experience while also taking on higher-level strategic operations managing 27 direct reports.· Proactively manage customer on-site service program (Asset360) and provides leadership and direction to all on-site employees to ensure business objectives are achieved.· Partner with internal teams on customer meetings to promote revenue growth, cost containment and expansion of services with customers.· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical equipment and practices.· Manage equipment inventory and par levels consistent with contract terms, pricing and policies.· Manage missing and lost equipment, accessories, and software upgrades.· Understand and perform audits and periodic internal reviews to ensure proper business management practices are followed.· Integrate appropriate hospital protocols and processes into daily activities.· Operate with a proactive approach towards safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental and customer policies and regulations.· Provide cross and lateral training, emphasizing continuous improvement and teamwork, and providing on-going feedback with focused action steps for areas of improvement.· Understand and use of effective conflict resolution skills.· Understand billing for account invoices and assists with account receivable collections.· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical.· Conduct training for the company and customer staff on medical equipment.· Comply with patient privacy laws in all matters.· Recruit, train and develop employees.· Ensure accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.
