• Semiconductor Process Engineer - I make chips! - responsible for driving manufacturing process innovations and improving sustainability tactics for semiconductor products in industrial, automotive, personal electronics, and communications applications. I currently work in Texas Instruments’ Richardson-based 300mm wafer fab, RFAB, in the Diffusion Metal RTP team. I focus on optimizing salicide material formation and annealing for metal-semiconductor contacts, and supporting the ramp up of the world’s largest analog 300mm wafer fab.• During my time in materials research, I led or was part of a variety of projects utilizing thin films and 2D materials, metallurgy and thermomechanical processing, battery technology, additive manufacturing, and high-performance composites. In addition, I became proficient with a variety of materials characterization tools and techniques. I have also been involved in the tech-transfer of my research into real world implementation in aerospace.• In UNT’s MBA in Management Cohort program, I expanded my skills in business development and strategy, while working with various large corporations on long-term management and marketing consulting projects. Furthermore, learning the professional business landscape at a high level has given me new insight into scientific and engineering project sustainability, viability, and organizational behavior.
