Through this I led executive level projects building an objective greenlighting process, planning a data focused windowing strategy on digital platforms, evaluated talent contract decisions and mapped out the distribution of the NFL's highlight packages.Created and presented cross platform season, offseason and tentpole strategy decks. I also conducted programming tests and audience demographic research to advise production plans. All on top of the daily, weekly and monthly content reporting and analysis across all digital platforms and managing analysts.Led to +30% digital revenue growth, +90% linear consumption and more effective resource usage on production and products like our web, app and ctv platforms.
