Custody Client Associate
Current- Serve as single point of contact for specific clients. This includes managing all incoming requests for processing and fielding a broad range of questions and inquiries from clients.
- Research and resolve client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, communicate effectively and coordinate ad-hoc client requests. Escalate as needed with a sense of urgency.
- Review all daily activity and transaction reports. Collaborate with Custody Account Manager and Operations team to resolve any issues or transaction discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain appropriate records of.
- Research and resolve exceptions, reconciliations, incorrect transactions and other issues.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the operational group’s workflow and processing activities.
- Document any updates or changes to formal procedures, workflows, databases, etc.
