Built out Email Marketing as a new service offering for JUICE. Developed a playbook for onboarding clients, auditing their existing Email & SMS marketing efforts, creating new & revamping existing email Flows, getting on a regular Campaign cadence, and reporting to clients on a bi-weekly basis.Worked with their sister agency to develop a seamless workflow between copywriting, design & implementation.
