I was in charge of our Field Operations team across 14+ market locations in the eastern USA. My responsibilities and work included: - Managing team of 10 employees and 60+ field contractors providing services to 2000+ customers annually.- Researching, configuring, and managing company Hubspot, Zapier, Cognito Forms, and other software subscriptions. Creating and managing Knack builder system for job execution, expense tracking, payroll, management, and KPIs.- Improving team policies and processes while also overseeing a 50% avg. YoY growth rate in monthly service hours.- Team management and preparation for launching into 15+ new markets this year with an eye toward our "Big Hairy Audacious Goal" of 100,000 workers worldwide in 10 years.

This included: - Pitching & closing partnership deals with 75+ hospitals around Europe and Latin America to add 15,000 shadowing weeks of program capacity. - Planning and guiding $3.7M+ annual operations budget annually, increasing company profit by >100% YoY (incl. $2.5M+ that was sent abroad through int’l wire transfers into 7+ currencies). - Managing 277 programs and 140+ staff related to 2814 students across 80 sites and 11 countries in FY 2019.- Earning a 95%+ alum referral score and $12.5M+ in company revenue for programs under management.- Managing a department of 100+ and 10 direct reports across USA, Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Ecuador, & Hungary.- Architecting & configuring systems and integrations across Knack, Zapier, Cognito Forms, and Google’s G Suite.- Launching and managing grant programs distributing $150,000+ to partners in compliance with FCPA guidelines.
