I'm a 20-year-old from Perth with a diverse background in sales, entrepreneurship, and content creation. After completing Year 12, I spent some time exploring different industries—working in farm labor, retail, and sports coaching—before discovering my passion for business and sales. This interest led me to co-found a small business with friends, where I was responsible for managing cold calls, controlling leads, and closing deals. Though the business lasted only four months, it was a valuable learning experience that showed me both the excitement and challenges of running a startup, as well as the importance of skill development.Looking to build my expertise, I joined a more established sales agency and took on a role in door-to-door sales for service-based businesses. This experience allowed me to sharpen my skills in face-to-face customer engagement, objection handling, and closing sales in a high-pressure environment. I spent over a year and a half in door-to-door sales, including working for HelloFresh, where I consistently met targets and learned the importance of perseverance and adaptability in direct sales. Additionally, I ran a side business offering website creation and SEO services, giving me experience in prospecting, cold calling, and lead management in a B2B context.Beyond sales, I’ve been involved in content creation for over two years. I co-host a podcast with a friend, where we bring on local entrepreneurs from Perth to discuss their journeys in business. My role includes not only hosting but also handling the technical side—editing episodes, planning content, and managing behind-the-scenes logistics. This has helped me develop strong skills in content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing.Now, I'm looking to transition into remote high-ticket sales, where I believe my diverse experiences in direct sales, entrepreneurship, and content creation will allow me to thrive. I’m confident that my ability to connect with people, close deals, and generate attention through content will make me successful in this next phase of my career.
