Leadership Academy Coordinator
CurrentCollaboratively engaged Center departments in identifying skills development needs along the entire organizational chart in a manner that aligns with The Center’s commitments to organizational change. Demonstrated ability to develop and assess learning outcomes as well as program outcomes, which includes evaluating the successful delivery of Leadership Academy workshops.Lead the development, planning, and implementation of The Center’s Leadership Academy workshops to include developing and scheduling of specific training opportunities.Co-facilitated Leadership Academy worships as appropriate and necessary. Lead the recruitment and selection of Leadership Academy workshop facilitators and training topics, which may include internal (Center staff) and external (non-Center staff) facilitators. Identified areas for additional training and development to expand Leadership Academy learning opportunities for Center staff. Lead internal communication to Center staff about the Leadership Academy training opportunities.
