Senior Customer Success Manager
CurrentAs Customer Success Manager, my main responsibility is to assist our selected existing and new clients and strategic partners to make the most of Kentico's DXP and its hybrid headless capabilities. Guide clients and our partners, showing them what they can do with Kentico and how, and what steps they need to take to get there and in which order. I'm using my organizational and client-oriented communication skills as well as experts in my team to make every Kentico implementation successful, going well beyond the basic CMS towards advanced marketing features.I'm also responsible for figuring out what does not work well for our clients and what could help them the most – I'm figuring out, designing and testing new services independently. Naturally I'm acting as a bridge between our clients our UX, Marketing and Product teams to deliver the valuable feedback and help shaping the roadmap and decisions.
