Noam has 15 years of experience in financial services and investment management. As a senior private banker for wealth management clients, he provides tailored solutions to their unique and individual needs. As a fiduciary, he believes the best way to care for clients is always to put their interests first. Before joining First Western Trust, he founded Ganel Financial, a boutique, California-registered investment advisory (RIA) firm, where he provided advisory services to family offices and private companies on their capital allocation decisions. Before that, between 2009 and 2020, Noam worked for Silvergate Bank. In his last role at the bank, as Vice President in Capital Markets, he served the banking needs of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Noam earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2015. He completed a graduate degree (MBA) from Chapman University in 2010 and a bachelor's degree from the College of Management Academic Studies in 2007. He is fluent in English and Hebrew and speaks some French.
