I am excited to have started working as a Lead Auditor at Kiwa, marking a significant milestone in my career. This role allows me to immerse myself in the world of standardization, a critical piece in my broader professional journey.Previously, I served as a Project Leader at the Amsterdam Municipality within the Port and Industry team of the Area and Sustainability Department. In this role, I contributed to CO2 reduction initiatives through diverse implementation methods tailored to the port's unique challenges.Prior to moving to the Netherlands, I worked as an R&D scientist at MIDEN Technologies, where I developed innovative solutions for achieving zero energy and waste consumption for municipalities and organizations. I performed as well as a lecturer in Environmental Science at Tel-Hai College in Israel. I hold a PhD from the University of Haifa, where my research focused on the effects of microplastics on marine life and human health. As an environmental consultant, I have collaborated with organizations and institutions to advance renewable energy adoption and climate change preparedness.My experience spans sustainable development, environmental awareness, marine biology, fisheries, and management. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to protect and restore the natural environment and its invaluable resources for a better living for humankind, while we're at it.
