I facilitated Mindfulness + Movement programs in hundreds of schools across the GTA. Through the program, I was able to teach Yoga, meditation, and diverse dance to thousands of students, with learning outcomes that were focused on emotional awareness, self-regulation, inclusion & diversity, and conflict resolution.

As the coordinator of a summer theatre camp, I organized and facilitated a theatre program to a group of immigrant youth at the CultureLink Youth Center. I facilitated daily lesson plans and activities that encouraged creative self-expression through the performing arts. Throughout the program, I coached the youth through the process of writing and performing a final play about the challenges that immigrants face in Canada.

As a business innovation expert at Trend Hunter, the world's largest trend-spotting platform, I contacted high level executives (VPs of innovation, marketing and insights,etc) of Fortune 500 companies in order to analyze their business objectives and provided them with a custom solution (based on the latest consumer insights in their respective industries) in order to inspire innovation in their companies and help them better understand consumer behaviours and choices.

As a TEFL-certified English teacher, I taught English to Italian children as part of ACLE English Camps in various cities across northern Italy. I had to prepare daily lesson plans and activities, and had to use my leadership skills to ensure that my students were engaged and learning. As there was a language barrier, communication was absolutely essential in my role. I had to use body language, gestures, my tone of voice, slower speech, and quick thinking to keep my students engaged.

I managed the technical cases of clients of IBM's Business Intelligence software called Cognos. It was my responsibility to analyze all technical issues and communicate effectively with clients through phone and email in order to solve issues and improve customer's satisfaction. As the front-line and face of IBM, it was absolutely essential that each interaction with each client was personal and provided an exceptional experience.
