Hi, I’m Noam Benzimra, and my passion for entrepreneurship and technology has been a defining force throughout my life. From an early age, I’ve always had the drive to create and build things. In elementary school, I sold small figurines. By middle school, my fascination with technology led me to teach myself how to repair phones using YouTube tutorials, which eventually turned into a small business. This hands-on experience with tech solidified my love for problem-solving and innovation.In high school, I applied my entrepreneurial skills in a different direction by managing a team of about 15 promoters for events and parties. This role taught me the importance of leadership, organization, and teamwork—all essential skills that continue to shape my approach to business today.After high school, I had the honor of serving in the IDF’s elite Maglan Unit, where I held the rank of sergeant major. During my service, I was recognized as an outstanding soldier in my commanders’ course (מצטיין קורס מכים). My time in the military provided me with invaluable lessons in discipline, leadership, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure. I developed a keen ability to make critical decisions in real-time, often in challenging and high-stress environments. These experiences continue to influence my approach to both business and technology.Today, I’m pursuing a degree in Data Science Engineering at the Technion, where I was selected for the prestigious Schulich Leaders Program—an honor awarded to only 15 students annually. My academic journey, combined with my entrepreneurial background, has fueled my passion for using data to drive impactful business decisions.I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of data and business, and I’m excited about the potential of using precise data analysis to make the world a better place. My long-term dream is to leverage data to tackle complex challenges and contribute to innovative solutions that can have a lasting impact on society.I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills in data science in business-oriented roles.
