Experienced R&D executive and engineer who leads by example. I am passionate about people, technology and everything in-between. I believe executing fast is key and can drive engineers to focus on delivering things that matter to customers. I like achieving the 'impossible' and thrive in uncertainty. In the past I've led R&D teams in Unit 8200, and was the first employee of Adallom - a cloud cybersecurity startup backed by Sequoia Capital and acquired for $320m by Microsoft in 2015. Since then I've directed large R&D groups and managed the lifecycle of a cloud security product with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues. My areas of focus are cybersecurity, big data analytics, startups and X-as-a-Service solutions. I'm interested in drones and blockchain. In my spare time I build (and crash..) drones and enjoy motorcycle trips.
