•Managing senior level customer accounts B2B in LATAM, working closely with pre-Sales/Sales department.•Integration with all stake holders OPS, suppliers, planning, subcontractors, Quality, Engineering, NPI, Finance and legal. •Support Company targets & KPIs (OTD, Customer Satisfaction).•Management of significant projects, control End to End all aspects of OTC). Identify significant challenges and trends that will materially impact the delivery to customer; Provide constructive feedback (using root cause analysis) and suggestions on internal process improvements. •Booking integrity in Oracle – assure full compliance with booking and revenue recognition guidelines.•Pipeline management in Salesforce – analyze, report and follow from opportunity level until converted to an order. • Generating customized BI Tableau reports for strategic customers and providing full level support.•Internal Communication – Green lights, CSR’s, compliance with shipping and SOX requirements.•Data control through all projects and order stages, provide valid and accurate data both internally and externally.•Revenue Recognition – managing orders and deliveries to achieve the company’s revenue forecast and goals.

•Supplier Management, RFQ, Cost reductions Initiatives, negotiations, evaluation of commercial agreements. •Maintain MRP for purchase orders management from quotation release till purchase order. • Strong work relationships with manufacturing and key suppliers to ensure production plan meeting OTD•Proactively review and analyze RM and finished goods inventory stock, to lower inventory levels and retain high level utilization. • Work closely with NPI, Engineering & Planning to ensure execution of product road map plan. •Initiate improvements in PO processes for effective workflow with all departments.•Responsible for Export & Import of goods for consolidations in Hubs and drop shipments to end customer.
