As International Money Transfer service of Paul Merchants was acquired by EbixCash including few employees.Since then has been working in EbixCash. My Duties include:-• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle-tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice and ensuring timely service.• Handling more than 150 agents and the business of each district (Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha.)• Train, motivate and assist the team in achieving their targets and drive them towards company goals.• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.• Handle the complaints of agents and customers.• Co-ordinate sub agents and conduct product promotional activities.

• Develop business in the district complying with RBI and international money transfer guidelines.• Handle the payout issues, complaints of customers, software installation problems and other money transfer related issues of franchisees in Trivandrum district.• Activate dormant locations; manage existing ones, source new locations.• Co-ordinate branch staff, sub agents and conduct product promotional activities.• Provide training to sub agents about RBI guidelines/KYC norms and monitoring whether they are following the same.• Activate Domestic Money Transfer and Travel Portal of PML for sub agents.• Monitor the growth of the Money Transfer Division of Paul Merchants branches in the district.
