First, I love my job. I get to help people remove the stressors of running a business. These come in the form of people management and administrative tasks taking time away from what truly matters… the reason they got into business in the first place. I help people make better decisions that allow them to return to doing what they love.I build relationships and work to marry those with other relationships creating a community that can prosper based on the collaboration with each other.I partner with those who carry a certain vision around with them, a belief that their personal knowledge and expertise, and a network of like-minded individuals and businesses, have and create value for others around them.Our mission is to help businesses succeed so communities proper. This has never been more true than today. We must strive to be all-in, collectively creating value and sharing resources to maintain our strengths in good times and in those of adversity.
