I believe that the path to a successful and sustainable technological future lies at the intersection of technology, education, and community. I spend my time spread over a number of roles trying to improve the tech education offerings for people of all ages and levels of experience, particularly women and girls. My work as a Cloud Advocate at the Microsoft Reactor allows me to connect with and share tech insight with the wider developer and student community, whilst running ConnectEd Code and school teaching takes me back to working with students and teachers, at the start of their tech journeys. Finally, the Girls' Programming Network gives me a focused opportunity to work with girls and women, spreading our program nationally, and is my opportunity to live the "if they can see it they can be it" motto.
