I show people how to make (quasi) Passive income through Real estate. I am part of a local family who were some of the earliest cabin developers of this area. and I have been trained, learned from, and networked with some of the best minds in the cabin building community. The Smoky Mountain Vacation rental market is one of the best in the world and we are just scratching the surface of the potential that is hidden in these Appalachian Mountains. I believe in building a product that is both artistic and complementary to the surrounding Mountains that make this place a highly desired destination.
