My specialty is business design. I can franchise any business.My experience with the franchise business dates back to 1990. I created more than 150 franchises of the bakery restaurant St. Mark's in three years with an initial investment of 180 million yen at the time.It was the first business in Japan to offer franchises to corporate clients.In the 20 years through 2010, we had 8,000 franchisees in Japan alone.Beyond that, we set our sights on the world.The franchise business is a Magical Strategy that solves a variety of problems.The agricultural support business, named TOKYO8 Micro Franchise, is a business that locally produces a magic soil conditioner that turns even the thinnest soil into fertile.This business, born in TOKYO, has already been implemented in countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Malawi, Mauritania, and Liberia.The unique feature of this business model is that local production is possible.Exporting any good soil conditioner from Japan to Africa would be too costly. We learned this style from Coca-Cola. The Coca-Cola franchise still sends stock from Atlanta, USA, to be diluted and bottled for sale in each country.We learned from them and the TOKYO8 micro franchise was created.We are expanding the Japanese food business to ASEAN and other countries through franchising.It is our job to improve the business model to suit the country where we have expanded.Our Team is not a consultant, but a business design firm.Strategic planning and business development.
