Responsibilities:o Establishes and accomplishes IT Department objectives.o Aligns IT structures with the business needs and external demands.o Establishes internal control policies, procedures and systems.o Develops performance standards and evaluates work considering the established standards.o Establishes and maintains a communication system to ensure effective liaison between Company’s Departments.o Plans, standardizes and maintains hardware/software and system networks based on the latest technology.o Defines, establishes and supports strategic plans for implementing Company’s Information System.o Defines new system requirements and improvement through the IT team.o Develops procedures and administers accurate inventory software & hardware inventory.o Directs and controls the implementation and operation of information systems and Equipment.o Ensures that the organization complies to copyright laws and information system legislation.o Verifies and controls vendors’ contracts for services and equipment supplies.o Trains and introduces the Department and company staff to new systems, products andservices.o Supports all users on daily work applications to run and implement company business system.
