I am a passionate data analyst and social scientist driven to bolster positive change by leveraging spatial intelligence to inform decision making. Projects I have led include identifying ecological corridor suitability using multi-criteria analysis, using LiDAR data for rooftop agricultural feasibility, assessing urban mobility with geographic weighted regression and visual storytelling with interactive online maps. Bringing people together to build communities around shared interests and common goals is a natural tendency of mine. From founding a Model UN club in high school to leading a study on land use and ecological health at university, (and coordinating cross-guild server events on World of WarCraft!) I live by the principle of creating something greater, together. In my work, this translates into a proactive approach to problem solving which harnesses collaborative perspectives to produce creative solutions and crucially, generative questions that signal to future opportunities. Currently, I am working toward adding ESRI certifications and exploring other programs (such as ASPRS or RGS) for relevance to my interests. I would like to learn more and get involved with remote sensing, GEOINT and areas beyond GIS such as environmental consultancy, policy research and urban planning in a governmental or NGO capacity.I look forward to connecting with you and discussing how we can help each other!
