Triangle Movehome Mortgage is a joint venture between Movement Mortgage and the Rachel Kendall Team, a thriving real estate agency in Raleigh, NC. As a loan officer with Triangle, I had access to loan products for both Movement, and two other mortgage companies and the ability to service anyone in the state of NC, however, my first and primary customer was the Rachel Kendall Team's 20 or so real estate agents. My three months with Triangle were on a trial basis, in which I spent the first-month training, the second month getting to know and servicing the Rachel Kendall team, and the third month really in the flow of pre-qualifying clients working with the Rachel Kendall Team. I worked remotely from Colorado for most of the month, touching base with realtors, prospects, and clients by phone and email, but one week a month I'd also work on location from the Rachel Kendall offices in Raleigh. I wrote three loans during my time there, two refinances, and one purchase. I pre-qualified 15 clients and built my pipeline to 40 prospects within two and a half months. All products were available to Triangle, through our partners, and within that second month, I had worked on qualifying VA, USDA, FHA, conventional and jumbo loans. I received rave reviews on my customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond for the client. I learned a lot while working with the Rachel Kendall team and I am very appreciative of my time spent with the company.
