Assist with the planning, coordination, performance of design, analysis and Liaison Engineering supporting the development and production of Gulfstream products and services. Contribute to developing of important engineering projects. Provided specialized technical assistance to team members. Use advanced techniques and modified extension of theories to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Determine and develop own approach to solutions within schedule and cost objectives. Actively work to improve daily processes and ensure all work meets customer requirements.

· Plan and handle the internal quality audit process AS9100 Rev D for different sites.· Provide technical leadership to create internal process and procedures including Quality Alerts. SOP´s. Production Visual Aids and Quality process improvements.· Conduct tests, inspections, and validations to ensure material compliance with engineering requirements and as per Aerospace Standards. (AS50881 & AS5553)· Support Return Material Authorization (RMA). Return to Vendor (RTV). Manages the compliance of supplier NCR´s and actively participates in root-cause-analysis (CAR´s).· Liaise with Quality Manager to coordinate activities related with special processes and practical training activities such as ESD S20.20 and FOD.

· Create, update, and validate manufacturing instructions, assembly procedures and production visual aids for Assembly Line, Single Parts, Heat Treatment, Paint Shop, Sheet Metal and Galvanic Departments based on engineering specifications and drawings.· Co-ordinate and prioritizes technical issues and provide technical support to Production and Quality department to initiate and handle CAR’s (corrective actions) on assembly issues and implement robust solutions.· Develops standard time for new program production incorporation and determine manufacturing process for A321 emergency exit door.· Support assembly line during First Article Inspection process for single parts and sub-assemblies for A320. A321 and H125 programs. · Making improvements to manufacturing operation sequence in order to reduce standard time during production operations and improve production rate.· Provide Engineering dispositions via SAP and rework instructions to production line based on Airbus Production Specifications.· Participate in setting up, definition and run-off of oven equipment and keep up to date Production KPI ´s. · Setup and maintain basic technical data, planning BOMs, task lists/materials and associated single parts.· Participate as an active team member including providing orientation support to new colleagues.

· To be responsible and lead EWCE (Electrical Wiring Center of Excellence) team in Queretaro Site. · Design electrical and manufacturing symbols, as well as create and maintain accurate Advanced Material Orders and BOM for Learjet 85 and Global 7K / 8K aircraft.· Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes and assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production.· Plan and coordinate Change Management System. Including the creation of new process and procedures to apply engineering changes in Wiring Diagrams.· Define, prepare, and describe work instructions for industrial product production such as power feeders, main harnesses, coaxial cables and sub-assemblies from engineering drawings and Harness Data Report.· Act as a principal technical liaison between EWIS department and production line supporting with troubleshoot issues and recommend opportunities to improve wiring harness assembly.· Evaluate and improve fabrication processes, to reduce standard times with tooling department.· Work closely with the functions of engineering, production, logistics and quality to create and monitor compliance with the various schedules for project management.· Participate in continuous improvement through the achieving excellence system.· Apply Engineering changes in work instructions, Wiring Diagrams, SAP Database and contribute with improvements for manufacturing process during FAI. · Carry out investigations and reports into processes and component failure, including correspondence with Engineering and Quality departments to resolve technical enquires in a timely manner.· Support Request for Change Disposition and Impact Analysis process.· Wiring harness assembly, processing aerospace connectors/terminals/shield terminations and ensure that final product meets quality and conformance to specifications and type design.

· Inspect components of navigation equipment for defects, such as loose connections and damaged wires ensuring accuracy of assembly and installation. · Installation of electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic actuators and GPS systems.· Assembly, testing and repair PCBs for communications and control systems and wiring harnesses.· Creation and maintenance of electronic equipment inventory and keep up to date the calibration plan.· Test electronics assemblies under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance, using test equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.· Support Installation and management of Marine equipment based on security procedures.· Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents using hand tools.
