As a Product Designer at Ubisoft, I was part of the Direct-to-Player team within the Experience department. My role focused mainly on our B2C channels, namely the Ubisoft Store and Ubisoft+, key platforms allowing our users to access our games and subscription services. My main mission was to participate in the creation of simple, intuitive and memorable user experiences on our web and mobile environments, while optimizing user conversion. I collaborated closely with the UXR, CX, Product Owners, as well as the marketing and business teams, in order to design new experiences or improve existing ones, by aligning business and user objectives. My tasks consisted of carrying out research phases, where I was able to perform benchmarks and competitive intelligence to identify best practices. This included setting up user tests, surveys and analyzing interactions on our platforms to identify friction points and optimize the user experience.I was also involved in designing user journeys and interfaces for our products, taking into account different personas and the specificities of each platform. I created wireframes, mockups and user-centric prototypes. I also participated in defining user testing protocols to validate design choices before they were implemented. Finally, I took part in the production launch and performance analysis of my creations. In collaboration with the Product Owners and development teams, I ensured that the designs were correctly implemented during the hand-off phase. I contributed to the QA design phase before going live, and I followed the impacts of the changes via tracking and A/B testing tools to measure the effectiveness of the designs.
