Noedy Dalo Balasa was born on January 6, 1992 at Brgy. Agbanban, Panay, Capiz in the Philippines. He is the eldest sibling among three born to Mr. Victorio L. Balasa and Mrs. Maria Blesida D. Balasa.He spent his childhood days learning at Agbanban Primary School and graduated his elementary at Panay Central School in the year 2004. He started his high school education at the Sisters of Mary School Boystown Cebu but graduated last 2008 at Commissioner Luis R. Asis National High School in Panay, Capiz.He graduated his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences at Capiz State University, Main Campus in Roxas City last March 2012. As a college student, he was a student journalist who later became the editor-in-chief of their school paper and was awarded with PIA Western Visayas’ IWAG Award upon graduation.Noedy passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in the Philippines last September 2012 with the final rating of 85.80 and was later hired as a science teacher at the Parish School of St. Isidore (Elementary Department) of Pontevedra, Capiz.Presently, Noedy is employed by the Department of Education holding his teaching post at San Nicolas National High School in Pilar, Capiz, Philippines.He believes that “a sense of purpose is the best driving force to live because when you have a reason to live, you will never have a lesson to quit.”
