My role involves managing all activities across the Vardis Group in both the commercial and residential sector. Vardis Group specialises in:- Delivering design-led tailored fit-out projects for commercial and residential projects through Vardis Interiors. - Provide a safe and secure environment and ensure people, property and assets are protected through Vardis Security. - Facility management services in the greater Dublin area.

My role involves managing all projects across Ireland and Northern Ireland, mainly in the commercial sector. I have developed strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved through my strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and versatile communication skills. My main responsibilities include: • Project Management from initial tender stage to full completion of the project. • Design & install bespoke systems meeting specific requirements from architects, designers and building regulations. This includes office fit-outs, washroom solutions (toilet cubicle & IPS panelling systems, vanities and mirror systems), raised access flooring and fire & non-fire rated glazed partitions/doors. • Site measuring on a large scale and liaising with a number of stakeholders to agree on requirements which are communicated with site teams in a clear and concise manner. • The procurement of materials & scheduling of deliveries to site as required to meet program. • Monitor and arrange labour requirements across multiple projects simultaneously with a labour force of c.30 employees. • Produce drawings for the use of fabricators and site teams and communicate these to Architects and contractors from the design phase through to installers on-site. • Design and compile project-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments in line with regulatory requirements and update them throughout each project as required. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
