 Responsible for driving a product portfolio, growth plan strategy as well as associated services and digital growth. Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization and contributing to the overall business strategy Developing the yearly plan on product needs, mapping out and driving to overall revenue, sales and cost targets  Partnering with customers and channels to improve product position in the market Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and to senior leaders in partner technical teams.

 Responsible for the Global Projects engineering team, ensuring detailed and accurate engineering task completion of projects Guide and lead the Project engineering Team on a day to day basis Overseeing engineering capacity planning process and assure proper utilization of resources Working with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the right quality standard Drive process improvements & leading workouts for the Project Execution Provide training to the team on new developments/best practice within the Project Engineering function

 Working with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the right quality standard Technical review of customer requirements to ensure compatibility of product with customer needs. Design and specification of customized parts to ensure compatibility of product with customer requirements. Oversee the preparation of drawings, technical documents and Manufacturing Record Dossier for specific orders in line with the established ISO compliant documentation system. Interface with customers, suppliers, vendors and internal cross functional teams as necessary, to ensure smooth order execution

 Support sales force in the field with demonstrations, presentations at customer sites. Review customer application requirements and provide equipment offering Generate or assist in generation of quotations in response to customer inquiries. Define all special product requirements in support of quotation generation and order acceptance. Provide post sales application troubleshooting and support of existing equipment via phone and in the field. Communicate important market trends and customer requirements back to the business as input for business strategy and product development.

 Provide tactical support and training to both customers and sales to enable technical solutions specific to their needs, specialising in FPGA design and Embedded Systems. Troubleshooting of customer issues to determine the root cause of their problem and help provide a workable solution while relaying root cause actions back to the factory Producing technical documentation and solution records to provide efficient on-line support to our customers. Ensure and maintain the customer’s confidence in our products by providing efficient and timely support.  Provide support on a broad range of issues: Embedded Systems, FPGA and CPLD Architecture, PCI, Networking and DSP related issues.
