In my role at Kaiser Engineering, I focus on image processing using Matrox Design Assistant, contributing to the automation solutions the company provides. Kaiser Engineering is a leader in special machine construction and robotic systems, where I assist in developing custom automation processes, from robotic cells to material handling systems. I am also expanding my skills in industry automation and learning about specialized machine design through hands-on experience with advanced technologies like robotic modules and automated manufacturing solutions.

During my summer internship, I gained hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines, including CAD design, Matrox Design Assistant, and Embedded Systems. I also participated in assembly and plant construction, where I contributed to the development and construction of complex machinery. Additionally, I worked on integrating artificial intelligence into automation systems, expanding my skills in cutting-edge technologies and real-world applications.

As the founder of Provoqué, I lead the creative vision and strategy behind the brand. I am responsible for designing and developing unique streetwear-inspired watches, combining bold aesthetics with innovative marketing strategies. My role involves overseeing product development, managing marketing campaigns, and driving the brand’s growth in a competitive market.

Before pursuing a career in the industry, I wanted to experience something completely different and gain valuable insights into the daily work life of others. Working as a garbage collector at AGSE AG gave me the opportunity to understand the hard work and dedication required in this essential service. This role not only built my physical stamina and teamwork skills, it also allowed me to develop a strong work ethic and time management skills which I now apply in my academic and professional pursuits.

During my internship at HAVEMO AG, a specialized engineering company focused on conveyor and sorting systems, I gained diverse insights into the financial and operational processes of an innovative machine-building company. I supported the accounting team in managing financial records and participated in tracking the financial aspects of customized conveyor systems and Wendelförderer (vibratory feeders), which are designed to transport and orient small parts. This experience gave me a solid foundation in financial management within a high-tech industrial environment and allowed me to understand how accounting contributes to the successful execution of automation projects.

Before pursuing my professional career, I completed my military service as an Artillery Tank Driver in the Swiss Armed Forces. This role required strong discipline, teamwork, and technical skills to operate and maintain armored artillery vehicles. My time in the military equipped me with resilience, precision, and a deep understanding of logistics and coordination in high-pressure environments.

Since the age of 14, I have been working at HAVEMO AG, starting as a holiday job and later working regularly in the afternoons during gymnasium. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I increased my work to up to 50%, taking advantage of the extra time from home-schooling. Within this familial environment, I gained valuable hands-on experience in various areas such as assembly, CNC production, deliveries, and even customer relationships, construction, and planning. This experience was integral to my development, and I even wrote my matura thesis about a project I realised at the company.
