Conduct and perform function testing and commissioning of various control instrument. Perform bench calibration for the following instrument namely; smart/field bus type transmitters for temperature, flow, pressure and level, controllers, switches, control valves. Simulation and configuration by using Plant Resource Management, for field bus and hart devices, highway addressable remote transducer and various handheld communicators, test equipment. Support in the fire and gas function tests by monitoring activation of alarm system in the field such as horns and beacons and also monitors fire and gas system interfaces in other plant systems such as heat ventilation and air conditioning. Arrange loop folders and accomplish test report.

• Perform function test and commissioning, loop checking, calibration and troubleshooting of various control instruments such as fieldbus, smart and conventional type of transmitters for temperature, flow, pressure and level, vibration, controllers, switches, thermocouples, RTD’s, transducers, control valves, motorized valves and analytical instrument. Simulation and configuration by using (PRM) Plant resource Management (for field bus and hart devices), HART 475 and various handheld communicators and test equipment.• Function test and troubleshooting on building fire alarm systems involving smoke/heat detectors addressable interface module and linear heat detectors and VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus.• Support in the Fire and Gas Function tests by monitoring activation of alarm system in the field such as horns and beacons and also monitors FGS interfaces in other plant systems such as HVAC, IPS (Instrument Protective system)• Configure and conduct simulation for advanced type of instrument and valves such as radar rosemount level transmitters, electromagnetic flow transmitter, curriolis type flow transmitter, and motorized valve.• Perform Auto calibration and finger-printing of control valves and emergency trip tests of ON/OFF valve using PRM and valve link module.• Arrange loop folders and accomplish test report.• Assist of preparation of work permits, ensure high standard of housekeeping and safe work practices around the work area and protection of environment at all times.• Assist on punch clearing works related to construction like termination and glanding work and provision of grounding and nameplate.• Accept daily schedule from supervisor, locate instrument in the field, and prepare prior for testing.

Checking the instrument was communicating to workstation through distributed control system.•Calibrate level transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure transmitter, and temperature transmitter.•Perform calibration and necessary repairs of various intelligent electronic devices (IED’s) such as transmitters, switches, valves, analyzer including DCS and PLC.•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of control valves and positioners.•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all devices and equipment used located in Industrial and Waste Water Treatment Plant including pump stations and lift stations.•Perform installation including preventive and corrective maintenance of all Fire Alarm System used in the plant.•Prepared reports and record on equipment performance and on maintenance performed.•Performed preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS, Battery Charger, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)•Prepare calibration data sheets and logs for monitoring of all devices.•Performed instrument process functions according to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).•Prepare and conduct toolbox meeting for safety awareness during work.•Participate of various trainings both for technical and safety awareness.
