As a Product Analyst, I lead an agile team of five developers in developing and maintaining several CI/CD products and offerings at Lockheed Martin (LM).As a full stack engineer (FSE) for the Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations Software Factory team (SWF) my work includes all levels of software development, design, and DEVSECOPS, providing many software products, tools, training, and guidance for all business areas in LM. A few of my contributions in that effort: - partnered with LM Space on developing a highly available, reactive micro services product to convert multiple file formats to pdf at scale - co-partnered redesign and development of an internal DEVSECOPS conference website for LM employees, including assisting presenters, attendees, conference marketing, and presenting on various CI/CD topics - various maintenance and new feature development on many SWF product offerings in many aspects of CI/CD and DEVSECOPSIn addition, my work in SWF has provided many opportunities to learn and implement many different DEVSECOPS and Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools. This includes a broad knowledge in different cloud providers, deployment targets, languages, frameworks, etc.Some of my favorite technologies include: - DEV: go, python, java - SEC: sigstore secure software supply chain tools - OPS: kubernetes (and related tools like helm, etc.) and Hashicorp tools (i.e., terraform)

As a software developer at Insurity, my role included collaboration with other developers and business analysts across the automotive insurance team in gathering business requirements for new insurtech clients, as well as defining joint analyst-developer cost estimates and work specifications for accomplishing any client's SAAS modifications and enhancements.In addition, my role included ensuring the correct operation of SAAS services, including application operability and data integrity. This was accomplished by sustained defect remediation, SAAS testing, and preventative maintenance within the development pipeline, all through the use of both an opensource and proprietary tool set.

As a junior software developer at The Hartford, my role included working closely with other developers, business analysts, and data scientists to improve Specialty Commercial applications. This involves daily use of Spring, Hibernate, Java, SQL, JSP, and many other full-stack technologies within an agile environment.To detail a few of the projects I had contributed in, the most recent is a feature project I lead with one other developer to securely integrate API data from a credit rating service. This requires continuous collaboration with third-party vendors and data scientists to solidify data accuracy and organization. In addition, I had worked on security remediation. This project included using such tools as Checkmarx to seal application vulnerabilities for user peace-of-mind. In this capacity, I had also worked with cyber security teams within The Hartford regarding penetration testing and the implementation of best security practices.

As a Security Forces Journeyman (3P051) in the United States Air Force (USAF), I served in many capacities both in the United States (US) and abroad, including:1. Providing law enforcement and air base defense for Lackland Air Force Base (Lackland AFB) property, assets, and personnel.2. Providing air base defense and perimeter security with the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan.3. Serving as a Non-Comissioned Officer In-Charge (NCOIC) in the Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Honor Guard, leading various ceremonial honors for veterans and active duty airmen of the USAF across the Greater San Antonio area.Considering the above experience and its many equivalencies, as well as the vast amount of acquired training, skills, and good friends I met along the way, I can say my time with the USAF has been one of the most rewarding careers of my life.
