Never stop learning. I am a passionate self learner and teacher. 30 years of professional audio is almost completely self taught; I will readily admit when I am wrong, but I am also highly experienced and well read so be prepared to defend yourself. This has led to me being a great problem sovler and leader by teaching fundamentals rather than just processes. Growing up as a 3rd culture kid in Asia and being well travelled has given me the ability to adapt to different cultures whether social, ethnic, financial, or just plain outcasts. I can fit in anywhere, and get along with almost anyone, though I will never put up with misogony, racism or elitism. I love to travel and to be be challenged to think outside of the box.
