My work as Principal Consultant here with the Professional Facilitators Alliance (PFA) is to partner with organisations and communities in their use of skilled professional facilitation to help with their challenges. In particular, PFA works with Certified Professional Facilitators (CPFs) who have successfully undertaken the IAF's CPF process, to showcase their own proprietary programmes or to collaborate on large-scale projects.

I facilitate on ILOD Programmes, eg the 'Leading from the Middle' Programme for middle managers, "Foundations of Leadership" for new managers and 'Culture Development Basics' for OD practitioners in the Singapore Civil Service. My own proprietary programme on 'Navigating Continuous Change' (anchored on Bill Bridges' Managing Transitions and Bob Kegan's Immunity to Change) is hosted by ILOD for Civil Service managers of teams. Another programme 'Leading with Ethics and Values' hosted by the Institute for Governance and Policy (IGP) provides Civil Service managers with insights into Bias (Conscious and Unconscious), Micro-inequities and how these shape the development of Speak-up Cultures in the workplace.

Elected for a 2-year term, I am responsible for the development of IAF members in Asia. To this end, I work with country representatives to support the formation and growth of chapters. I supervised and coached student-teachers on their 10-week stints in schools, before they graduated from the National Institute of Education.

I facilitated the learning experiences of trainee and in-service teachers in collaborative learning practices, with the Humanities and Social Studies Academic Group at the National Institute of Education. I also coach trainee-teachers during practicum. In 2008, I began teaching the Government and Politics component on the inter-disciplinary Engineers and Society course at the School of Engineering.

I was responsible for providing consulting advice and training support for the Education sector in the use of the Emergenetics family of thinking preference assessment tools. I also take lead in developing key frameworks and content for educators and practitioners to use.

I taught in IDSS (now RSIS) teaching programmes on regional security at the Advanced Officers' School, SAFTI Military Institute as well as at the Singapore Armed Forces Warrant Officers' School.
