This includes client profile creation, AutoCAD design proposals, design integrity calculations and structual quality conformance.Extensive experience in all aspects of company product sales from initial design budgets to pre-sale /contract cost negotiation and final order agreement. Responsible for all project management processes from order creation to installation completion and commissioning. Responsible for the creation and administration of all project documentation in line with highly specific customer requirements including internal quality and H&S specifications.Direct technical supervision and support to on site projects.Responsible for establishing after sales support structure and post installation audits.

Systems Applications Group Leader with responsibility for all OCD and test platform personnel.Lead for the Project Design and creation of the Order Configuration & Distribution centre. The OCD was a highly secure internal software cell which controlled the release of all high value software product revisions to engineering departments and global field installations.Part of senior GMP team with responsibility for operations of the ICT & Functional test platforms and also the product manufacturing yields through these test platforms.Development of NPI/transfer product protocols and responsible for the migration of numerous Product Transfers from Tellabs US/Europe to Tellabs Shannon. Development of test specifications and incorporation into the manufacturing processes.
