My knowledge in real estate is reasonably comprehensive and it is my job to pass it onto others. Basically I prefer to be a nice guy to everyone but I have my limits as I don't suffer fools. My objectives are to make sure that when I am tutoring my students get as much enjoyment out of the course and learn as much as they possibly can in the time given.I have found over the years that real estate is not a job it is a passion and if you are entering this industry then this is the way to treat it. I have seen so many people enter the industry because they are short of money and see this industry as the end of all their woes because they will make their fortune, only to fail because of lack of work ethics or laziness. This is an industry that rewards hard work and the successful people in this industry are these hard workers.Therefore I feel that it is part of my job to try and help people with their goals so that they can at least have the opportunity to achieve greatness.
