    As the Senior IT Manager, I am in charge of all IT related infrastructure and systems on all sites ( Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Gardena and Compton). I am well versed in Windows PC OS ( XP/7/8), Server OS ( 2003/8/12 with Hyper V), Exchange 2010 and VMWare. I have used several Backup Technologies such and Symantec and E-Vault. I am very familiar with Cisco technologies such as ASA and Layer 3 switches/routers. I am quite comfortable with WatchGuard VPN/Firewall/Web-Spam Filter and Barracuda appliances. I am very adept using PBX/VOIP such as Panasonic, Cisco and Shoretel. I have also negotiated contracts with several service providers such as imaging suppliers and voice/data services such as MPLS. In addition, I am quite at ease editing and updating PCA's webpage using our vendor provided software. In house, I use SharePoint services for our internal webpages. With SharePoint, PCA is able to publish messages, documents and forms throughout the different sites.
