A driven Operations Manager with a wide range of quality, production, manufacturing and mechanical knowledge. After graduating with a first class honours degree in 2012 I have worked within the automotive industry for 8 years, diversifying my skills across multiple disciplines. I lead a team through the launch of 7 vehicle models in JLR and maintained PPAP standards on over 350 body panel parts produced. This gave me key skills in six sigma problem solving, FMEA and people development. During this time I also had the opportunity to work in the plant engineering team, managing the performance and maintenance of a number of manufacturing facilities on the site. Following my time in Automotive in 2020 I moved into the medical device industry and drove the production team to double capacity, moving to 2 shifts in this time whilst implementing process improvements and efficiencies. In 2022 I undertook a role as Head of Operations at Hahn Plastics, leading the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Compliance and Health and Safety for the site.

I also worked closely with the audit team in order to resolve customer focused issues, working not only to resolve these but to prevent future occurrences.
