I have over 20 years in the customer service industry. Over that time I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience . I have also gained skills in dealing with the public. As being a people person myself, I think it is quite important that you know how to meet your customer's needs. I have achieved skills in store management, where keeping stock in correct order and organized in a controlled manor. I have dealt with various nationalities over the years, which helps me to deal with the public in all aspects. I am very competent in dealing with different situations that arise in areas where I am needed, without higher authority needed. I am very good in the delegation of staff, where they know where they need to be and what they are doing. With the experience that I have, I feel I have the skills and abilities , as I am such an easy person to get on with and I can be firm and strict when needs be. I would really like the opportunity in taking this position as I know I have what it takes and know the ins and outs of what is needed to be done. I am honest, hardworking, have strong leadership skills, eager to learn, ambitious, proactive, and assertive.I now also possess skills in IT, technical support over chat, email, and phones. I am very polite when it comes to speaking over the phone to customers and I am a great listener. Skills in troubleshooting, navigation through different computer systems. I have also gained experience in Sales, Cold Calling, KPI’s, targets, sales strategies, client rapport, and Building up a start up company.
