I have been the Project /Development Manager responsible for preparing Development Applications for planning approval and a large rezoning application over 300 hectares. I have also been involved in assisting in feasibilities of new projects. My major client, from 2003-2016, has been the Palm Lake Group; which owns, operates and manages seniors living communities and aged care facilities across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
