Student Recreation Center

- Multitask between assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mails.- Facilitate and resolve issues regarding memberships, class sign-ups, and equipment rentals.- Greet visitors/members and maintain security by issuing visitor passes and checking for validated ID’s to allow registered members access.- Operate and process transactions through cash registers and point of sales.- Manage over seven separate departments within the facility by relaying daily messages, tasks, and duties among them.

Riverside

- Spearhead marketing campaign for small businesses to use telecommunications services.- Coordinate meetings with potential clients through created database of Riverside community.

Torrance

- Successfully meet recruiting/talent acquisition weekly goals of conducting phone interviews and scheduling meetings with qualified potential employees.- Manage and create content for the company social media outlets including Twitter and Instagram in order to increase company presence within the community, as well as to extend talent acquisitions efforts; design graphics for logo and cover photo.- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and meet any additional needs requested by the District and Regional Sales departments.- Efficiently provide administrative support including filing, copying, data entry, and answering phone calls on an as needed basis.
