Ensure that New Products hits the market on time and have protected supply chain when it goes to mass production.

Optimize branch office operations to ensure excellent delivery, competitive cost and customer service.3. Conduct Periodic Customer Satisfaction Survey.4. Implement 6 Sigma strategy & deployment.5. Perform Failure Analysis & Out of Box Audit (OBA) and Reliability.

Accountable for smooth program management of new projects secured by Sales & Marketing. Develop program for Regular Conduct of Reliability testing and Failure Analysis on assembled Semiconductors. Interface with manufacturing and incorporate improvement in yields and other efficiencies.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Service System for periodic and regular out-of-box audit at FGS for visual/mechanical, temperature and humidity bias test and electrical test.2. Build Reliability Data Capability (MTBF) for different package types of Integrated Circuits and Semiconductors.3. Administratively manage line QC/QA Supervisors in the execution of quality functions.4. Conduct MRB when problem occurs.5. Support production by manning gates and monitoring functions.
