I’ve been expecting you. What took you so long?Thanks for taking the time to look at my silly profile. You are unlikely to have searched specifically for me; I imagine you stumbled across me accidentally when one of my ridiculous posts landed in your feed and you tapped on my face rather than “funny”. I trust you are not suffering from laughter related injuries and have the strength to carry on reading.It was brought to my attention by a marketing guru that I needed to make potential clients the ‘hero’ of my profile and of my posts; and be their guide and solution-bringer. What a waste of my time that was! Anyway, allow me to proudly introduce myself to you: I am a solicitor (oh yes) with Taylor Rose and I’m based in Southampton (meeting room in London Road). I specialise in all aspects of residential and commercial property. Translation: I’m the dog when it comes to property law and I think you’d like the cut of my jib.However, let’s be honest with each other: you are not going to give me your business based on a LinkedIn profile are you, just like I wouldn’t ask you to say build me an extension on my home (assuming you are a builder) because you made me laugh. But maybe, just maybe you might identify something of yourself in me and throw me a bone.If you have an enquiring mind (a bit of a busybody in other words) and really need my credentials then I can disclose this much: I qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and having worked at a number (that does not mean I was sacked by the way) of local firms in Southampton I have accumulated many years of experience in dealing with all types of property conveyancing, land options and land development, leases, enfranchisement, business sales, contracts, SIPP purchases and refinancing work. I have a following of clients that include local land developers and property portfolio owners.
