Graduated from Sligo IT with an honours degree in Product Design Engineering, spent several years working in the general construction sector before establishing Churchfield Home Services in 2008. Has spent the last 11 years developing the business to be one of the market leaders in its field.During that time Noel has also established an External Insulation Distribution business, Premium Facades, formally Retrofit Technologies which distributes an extensive range render systems including Insulation Render, Cement Board , Brick Slip and Traditional Render Systems for use on new and existing residential, commercial, rapid build and modular housing needs.I am also involved in an online Fundraising business, Smart Lotto which provides local clubs and fundraising body’s with an online platform to fundraise their supporters and members worldwide through the Smart Lotto App.I'm passionate about finding solutions to the challenges facing the Retrofit Market in Ireland, in particular addressing the fragmented supply chain, lack of resources, inefficiencies and the exciting opportunities that that lie therein.
