Duties & Responsibilities :- Work under Senior BIM Modeler/Coordinator, Drafting Manager and BIM Manager of KTP Philippines ROHQ / Surbana Jurong.- Help establish early standards for data exchange with entire Project Team to optimize use of the BIM for scheduling, quantity take-off estimating etc. during all stages of the project.- Help establish and maintain project files and standards to be as seamless as possible with the current office CAD Standards; making improvements when necessary.- Help to develop and promote new strategies for effective working of BIM modelling by developing, discovering, collecting and sharing of processes, best practices and techniques.- Perform quality analysis tests to check consistency of the product with the plans and ensuring that the BIM activities are concluded within the set-budget.- Responsible for day to day project support on office projects and providing BIM production support to project assignments including project model setup, primary discipline project work and delivery setup.- AutoCAD drafting to produce plans, elevations, schedules, sections, details, sketches etc.Any related works on the company nature of business.

Duties & Responsibilities :- Report to BIM Coordinator and Senior BIM Modeler in-charge and perform the task assigned.- Support the Engineers with issues related to drawing standards and usage of AutoCAD/Revit Software.- Making sure that all links are loaded in to model and also into Navisworks for Clash Detection.- Fully coordinate models with other disciplines using Navisworks ensuring models have limited clashes ensuring NWD files are most up to date files and have all links attached.- Notify Engineers of any design errors or clashes that may occure with other services.- Checking of on-going drawings and make sure that Arcadis Standards are always followed.Oversee and manage drawing/model data to coordinate multiple disciplines on projects ensuring that the latest is always used.- Quality checking of Model and Drawings to make sure of achieving the standards.- Print out and review drawings checking that none of the design has been omitted before handing back to engineer to review. A print out of the drawing and the original mark-up (highlighted to show work done) should be handed back to Engineer for review.- Preparation of PDF and DWG drawings in the upload folder.
